Guindais Apartments

Guindais is located in one of the most emblematic places in Porto – on the slope towards the Douro river and next to the Fernandina wall.

This project has 15 apartments between studios and one-bedroom apartments in an advanced stage of construction and will be a great place for short-term stays or for students. It is a project that rehabilitates the old “islands” of Porto that will use the corridors that unite the houses as an urban art gallery. A renewed vision of Porto’s traditions while maintaining its origins.
