As co-founder of Fortera Group, Nir is a member of the board of directors and oversees the group’s operations, the relations with the investor and future planning.

He has always been very active in the business world, in Israel as well as in the international market. Throughout his experience and competence, he has lead people and companies to cooperate and create successful ventures.




Elad has been conducting businesses in Portugal since 2010. His long experience in managing complex projects on the internal and international market has lead to a solid growth of his business, counting now with close to 100 co-workers.

With his vast knowledge of the business structure and a very accurate attention to details, Elad manages the real estate sector of the group to overcome the market and get the best income on each investment.


Hila Fisher Hayun


Hila has graduated in Business and Economics at Tel Aviv university.

With 15 years of experience in financial management and global real estate markets, Hila has managed over 30 international projects covering more than 350.000 sqm in different locations around the world.

Moshe Abraham


Moshe has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Tel Aviv, as well as a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Engineering and Industrial Management from Ben Gourion University.

Throughout his career he was CFO in companies operating in an international context with invoicing above 120M €. For the past 3 years, he has been leading real estate investments in foreign ground.


Frederico Silva

Frederico Silva


Frederico has been active for more than 15 years in the Portuguese real estate market. His wide network within the local market provides him with the ability to track down ‘unique’ asset opportunities prior to their public availability. Frederico is an expert in deal analysis from all the different aspects of it (legal, planning and taxation).

Frederico has joined the group in 2016 and successfully achieved the Group Goals outperforming the market standard return of investment.

Vasco Varela

Project Director & Business Development

Vasco has a degree in Business Management. He has strong skills and experience in General Management, Project Management, Asset Management, Business Development, Sales and Marketing. Recently he was the General Manager of the World of Wine and Retail Strategy Director of the Fladgatepartnership Group.

Vasco led and managed one of the most demanding projects ever built in Portugal, the theme park World of Wine.

Besides other professional experiences, he worked as well for several years at CBRE and at Cushman & Wakefield where he served as General Manager of Shopping Center.

Pedro Ferreira

Pedro Ferreira


Pedro has 18 years of experience in the construction industry as a certified Civil Engineer. His previous work in various departments, namely production, commercial, contracts management and, cost control, provides him with a solid knowledge of the construction industry.

Pedro is supervising the group projects from the very beginning all the way to planning and preparing contractors public tenders, negotiations and on-site supervision.

Helder Agostinho

Hélder Agostinho


Hélder has been coordinating and managing projects for over ten years and has almost twenty years of experience in architecture. He is also a post-graduate in Real Estate Project Management and real estate appraiser. Though he has worked mostly in the housing market he has worked also in commercial, services and hospitality areas in several places in Portugal.

He has managed projects from urban allotments up to construction projects, coordinating both architectural and engineering teams.

Carla is a certified accountant with extensive experience in the real estate transaction process. Her previous experience and involvement in all phases of financial due diligence guarantee the success of the group’s operations.

Bar has graduated in Business Management and relocated to Portugal at the beginning of 2018. Since then, he has explored the market, created a network of field agents and real estate brokers to make sure we are getting the best opportunities directly from the market prior to anyone else.
Hugo Moreira

Hugo Moreira


With a degree in Communication Design by ESAD, Hugo has more than 13 years of career. He worked at some of the biggest design agencies in Portugal, including a 3-year experience abroad (London), as well as commitments to private companies, design studios and freelance.

Recognized for his creativity, good taste and technical knowledge, Hugo is responsible for all the graphic and communication design that accompanies each of our projects.
